WorldMark San Diego - Mission Valley

Our experience at WorldMark San Diego was wonderful! I’ll admit I was a little concerned after reading some of the negative reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our studio was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from a full kitchen to a cozy seating area. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Based on our personal experience, we would definitely come back!

Perfect central spot for exploring San Diego—easy access to Old Town, Balboa Park, and tons of dining options. The room was impeccably clean, the team was welcoming and knowledgeable, and that surprise bottle of red wine upon arrival? Such a classy, thoughtful welcome.

Nice heated pool but small jacuzzi. Rooms are big, spacious and updated but showeres are bathtub showers. Nice kitchen with oven and full size fridge. Parking is $25/day or free street parking if you can find it. Lotta closet spaces. Big game room with some games.

Great place to stay, excellent customer service and care. Beautiful suites with plenty of room. Nice pool and hot tub area. Great exercise room. Good location for all points in San Diego.

Such an amazing stay! Great prices and best staff. While we were at Worldmark we accidentally made a mark on a door and felt so incredibly bad. We went and told management right away, they were so kind about it and appreciated the honesty so much they said that it was perfectly fine! While being so nervous that we may lose our deposit, they were incredibly nice and understanding about dumb mistakes. Will definitely be staying here again, and thank you to all the staff!

We stayed here seven nights during the Christmas holidays. The location worked great to commute to Pacific Beach where our family is living. We arrived at 10 pm on December 22nd, and I was guided to the greeting desk after check in. I told them we were not interested in attending any presentation as we would only be at the resort for sleeping. Race was kind while the lady with him rolled her eyes at me. I chatted briefly with Race and he was calm and professional even knowing we would not be taking the pitch. He gave me some waters and soda and off we went. We got the top floor room I requested and since it was not on the main hallway, it was pretty quiet. The main hallway is crazy long although getting in the extra steps was nice. I do recommend this resort and we parked on the street to save the fees with no issues.

We've stayed in a lot of WorldMark resorts. We love the large suite sizes and opportunities to stay in a variety of locations. This resort seems to have been recently updated. The carpets and furnishings are new. We had booked a 2 bedroom Less Desirable Location and were worried about what we would get. We were pleasantly surprised to have a third floor unit facing the adjacent green hill. The first floor units facing the back might be considered less desirable-- their back patios are not deep and have high walls. Parking is now a charged service. They then offer you free parking if you come to one of their sales presentations. The sales people at this location were more pushy than what we've experienced at other locations. If you decide to go, set the timer on your phone and walk out when your time is up.

It was cozy, the view was awful and the pool closes way too early but otherwise it was a nice couple of nights. Good location off the beaten path but still close enough to a lot of pretty nice locations. Little Italy was basically ten minutes away and old town was about the same.
